SHIPPING POLICY
We expect to start shipping the first batches of Unfair Advantage in Summer 2024. During the Indiegogo campaign, shipping is first come, first served! So the sooner you order, the sooner you'll get it!
We offer delivery within the European Union and European Customs Union countries, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom in Europe (excluding Malta, Cyprus, and EU Outermost Regions). Most European Union countries' shipping costs range from €0 to €150. To obtain your country's most current shipping rate, please initiate the checkout process on Indiegogo and enter your shipping information. It's important to note that we may be unable to ship to specific remote or isolated areas within these regions. If so, we will contact you to discuss alternative solutions.
Shipping within the European Union is free from extra taxes, duties, or VAT. Yet, be aware that some European Customs Union countries might apply charges. Check your country's import duties before buying, as the backer is responsible for any added taxes, duties, or VAT.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Suppose the ordered product fails to reach the specified address when accurately provided or is lost during the shipping process. In that case, we reserve the right to conduct a thorough investigation and search, which may take up to 7 days. During this timeframe, we reserve the right to withhold a full refund or opt to resend the same product. We will consistently keep you informed about the progress and outcomes of the investigation, allowing for appropriate and reasonable actions to be taken.
RETURN POLICY
Please refer to Indiegogo's policy here. We'll put the funds from Indiegogo directly into producing your bike, and delivering each order is important for this project to work.
However, If you don't absolutely like your bike, we offer a 14-day return policy. This implies that you have a period of fourteen (14) days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you are required to present the receipt or proof of purchase. We strongly advise that you preserve the original packaging for a period of 14 days after receiving the item.
Warranty
The limited warranty provided for a duration of 2 years pertains to the electronic parts, if applicable, along with non-wear and tear components such as the motor, controller, torque sensor, battery, and so forth. However, the warranty does not extend to consumables, non-original or unauthorized components and parts, normal wear and tear of covered components, any damage or defects to covered parts resulting from failure to adhere to the instructions outlined in the owner's manual, force majeure, accident, theft, vandalism, misuse, neglect, abuse, commercial use, alterations, modification, improper assembly, operator error, water damage, extreme riding, stunt riding, or improper/unauthorized maintenance.
